Request a cancellation for an existing reservation
Before you start — how cancellations work
- What you need: your booking reference and the email address you booked with. We can only act on a booking that matches both.
- Email confirmation: we send a secure, single-use link to that email address. Nothing is cancelled until you open the link and confirm — and the link expires in 60 minutes.
- Refund amount: cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund of the amount paid, less a £200.00 admin fee. Between 7 and 30 days out you'll receive 50% of the amount paid, less the admin fee. Within 7 days of check-in, no refund is due.
- Already started? Bookings can only be cancelled online before the check-in date. Once the stay has begun, please contact us directly.
- Refund timing: any refund is reviewed and approved by our team before it is issued to your original payment method.
Our cancellation policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less a £200.00 admin fee. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, less a £200.00 admin fee. If you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival date, no refund is due. Bookings paid by deposit are subject to a separate policy. Refunds are returned to your original payment method once approved.
