Built around eight years ago, Jura is a beautifully designed detached home set on land that was once an orchard. Today, it offers stylish, spacious accommodation finished to a high standard, creating the perfect setting for memorable holidays with family and friends.

Sleeping up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms, Jura is ideal for family celebrations, special occasions, or multi-generational getaways. With generous living spaces and modern comforts throughout, everyone has room to relax and unwind.

The Living Spaces

The welcoming entrance hall leads to the bright and spacious ground floor, where you'll find a comfortable lounge, a beautifully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, and a family shower room.

The dining room comfortably seats eight guests, making it perfect for family meals and celebrations. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, and with an abundance of excellent local produce available nearby, you'll have plenty of inspiration for cooking together.

Games Room & Outdoor Living

One of Jura's standout features is the impressive lower-ground-floor games room. Complete with a pool table, dartboard, bar area, comfortable leather sofas and a large Smart TV, it's the perfect place to spend time together whatever the weather.

Patio doors open directly onto the enclosed garden and patio, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor space for entertaining.

Just a short walk away you'll find Lazaretto Point, the Holy Loch, and the marina. The pebble beach is perfect for paddling, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing or enjoying a family picnic. There's also a children's play park nearby.

The village of Sandbank has a convenient village shop with Post Office, along with a welcoming café at the marina. The bustling seaside town of Dunoon, with its shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, is only a couple of miles away.

There are staircases leading to both the upper floors and the basement games room. The property does not provide stair gates so if these are required, please bring your own.
